One of our best Calvary social events is back again this year! We're having our Valentine’s Square Dance night, this time in the Ritchie Hall, just 5 blocks north of the church. Don't worry if you're a little rusty when it comes to your square dance moves. Everyone's a beginner, and our "caller" will be our instructor for the evening. Child care will be provided this year at our church!
Whether you're a young adult who's new to Calvary, or you've been attending for a while, come downstairs right after the service for lunch. At this lunch you'll have the opportunity to hear about what's going on in the Y.A. ministry in the coming spring and summer months, as well as have a chance to get to know some other young adults better.
Calling all Calvary families, singles, kids, young adults and couples! Join us in the distribution of the handbills advertising our Community Garage Sale in June. Meet at the church and grab a package of handbills to distribute with friends or as a family. This Sunday, we want to both acknowledge and thank everyone who has contributed so valuably to the many ministry initiatives at Calvary. And we want to cap our celebration off with a pancake brunch immediately following our Sunday morning service. Don’t make lunch plans! EVERYONE is invited to stay and enjoy a wonderful brunch prepared by our staff and leadership team.
Rent a table or sign up to volunteer at Ritchie + Hazeldean's community garage sale hosted in Calvary’s parking lot. This is a great way for us to connect with the people in our community. Tables are $10 each. Talk to Chantel Dandeneault to rent a table or Sandra Thiessen to volunteer.
A great get-away for guys looking to connect with God, other men, and the great outdoors. This will be a weekend of reflection and prayer, enjoying a mountain setting, and for fellowship. If you're interested in coming, please contact Kevin Miller. Cost of the retreat will be $70 (talk to Kevin if funds are an issue).

We are planning a really fun camping weekend out where the buffalo roam, at Elk Island Park! The weekend will consist of hiking and biking events, games, the beautiful outdoors, and campfires! This weekend is for families, singles, teenagers and grandparents! Registration will begin soon, so stay tuned!
Come and enjoy a great evening of music with Melanie Salte and Edith Fehr, along with an excellent band. The evening will consist of songs and stories that have been significant for Melanie and Edith in the last few years. This is a free event! Bring some friends to enjoy it with you! Doors and coffee bar will be open at 7:00 p.m.
Come out with your family or by yourself for fitness Mondays in Edmonton’s great outdoors! Every second Monday of the month, Jared and Monika will lead a short devotion and then in various activities. Let’s keep our bodies healthy, but also build community in God through activity. Gary & Cheryl Krueger invite anyone interested to join them and others from Calvary for a 5 - 6 hour canoe trip on the North Saskatchewan River from Devon to Edmonton. They are going with Canoeheads, which provides canoes, equipment and a bus ride to Devon for $120/canoe (2-3 people per canoe). Only $50 if you bring your own canoe & equipment. Calvary will be hosting a unique art show that will highlight the artistic creativity of local artists in our church community, as well as other local artists within the Ritchie and Hazeldean communities.
